I always allow plenty of time for my eye check because I always have to wait. This time was no exception. My appointment was for 11.30 and although the pre-registration was done quite quickly I had to wait quite a while before I saw the optometrist. I did not need to order new glasses but I was in the shop for an hour and a quarter altogether. I don't mind waiting but maybe new customers should be advised that it is not a quick business!

The lady (denise) who helped me pick my glasses was really kind, friendly and listerned to the style of glasses i was looking for. Helped me pick out ones that fitted my specifications and also told me whether she thought they suited me when i tried then on or not. She didnt go over my budget and was very paitent when i couldnt decide between two pairs (as i was only buyin one). Overall she was Fantastic
